about me;

Hello! My name is Claire Ferguson and I am a Level One ASCA-Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. ​Currently I am in the United States of America in my final year studying Exercise Science, and double minoring ​in Strength and Conditioning, and Health and Wellness at Lindenwood University. The level of education I have ​allows me to individualise strength and conditioning programs for anyone based on scientific evidence, and my ​understanding of the function, and physiology of the human body.


I have a large history of competing in a variety of sports which led me to be an NCAA Division 1 Rugby player ​and understand personally what it takes to be a high-level athlete. However, I also understand what it takes to ​be healthy and happy! Not only have I played rugby, but I have had experience in many sports including, ​netball, soccer, football, track and field just to name a few!


In my spare time, when I am home in Australia, I love walks on the beach and having brunch with my friends. I ​also love to travel. I find that the best travel days are when you do something spontaneous!

What makes my work different and special from others is the level of experience I have had coaching as ​well as being an athlete myself at a division one level. Being an elite athlete at college, I understand the ​challenges, the high’s and the low’s.


With my online strength and conditioning coaching, I know how I can make a difference to young ​developing athletes, the general population and how to encourage new friends to exercise. My goals for ​you throughout this programming is for you to love and enjoy becoming stronger, faster and fitter and ​seeing those outcomes through performance.


My education at Lindenwood University and internship at PEAQ Performance, allows me to use science ​and formula’s to program based on your goals, but also to see progression. Programming with me, I will ​regularly check in and work with you, to better your program and your needs; whether thats adapting and ​changing the program or if you have questions about anything!
